New year, fresh start!

After the challenges and successes of 2021, our teams are looking forward to offering the best of everything to our customers in 2022. We’ve got a range of products, campaigns and offers coming up over the next 12 months, so here’s a heads-up on what you can expect from us this year.

New range launches

This month, we’re launching our updated vinyl collection – five fantastic ranges that bring modern design into your home. Suitable for both general and heavy domestic use, there are 53 new contemporary decors to choose from, and both felt and foam backing for easy fitting, additional comfort and better acoustics.

We’re also planning a number of carpet launches in the next few months, expanding our range across all price points and helping you to give your customers even more quality and choice for every room in the home.

Hard flooring trends

We’ve seen a significant increase in demand for hard flooring – wood and laminate particularly. Homeowners are choosing hard flooring for the downstairs areas of their home, especially kitchen-diners, utility rooms, playrooms, offices and hallways. Hard flooring gives homes a contemporary look and feel, are easy to fit over underfloor heating and easy to maintain.

If you already stock our hard flooring ranges, perhaps now is a good time to think about investing in our award-winning display stands so that you can easily show your customers the range of flooring available to them. If you already stock our carpet or vinyl and would like to expand into hard flooring, just call your rep and they will be happy to help you get set up.

Our One Home campaign

You may have seen our campaign at the end of last year, where we have formally brought our heritage brands, Regency Carpets, Natural Solutions and Design Elements, under the Furlong Flooring brand. We have redirected all the websites to Furlong Flooring and we’re no longer using any of the logos associated with those brands – so if you haven’t done so already, please make sure that only the Furlong Flooring logo is on your website, in your store or on social media.

Re-affirming our commitment to you

We have a great reputation for our service to retailers and commercial house builders. We’ve done our utmost to keep to these commitments during the pandemic, supporting our customers to deliver the best service to their own customers.

As we go into 2022, these commitments are still important to us. So we will continue to hold as much stock as we can across all our flooring ranges, our delivery drivers will make sure product gets to your store or to your site exactly when you need it, and our office staff are ready to help you with any queries or issues you may have. It’s our goal to keep errors down to zero and make sure we always offer the best customer service – and it’s great to get so much positive feedback from our customers to show that we are still doing well.
