At Furlong Flooring, we’re well known for our carpet collections. For over 30 years, we have been manufacturing and supplying carpets for our customers across the UK.
You probably recognise us as Regency Carpets - and it’s a brand that served us well for many years. As we’ve grown our portfolio and diversified into other types of flooring, we have decided to merge Regency Carpets with our other flooring brands into one overarching brand; Furlong Flooring.
The essence of the Regency Carpets brand, quality, care and support, is something we’ll always maintain. All our carpets are made from the highest quality materials and we ensure that it’s as easy as possible to care for our carpets so once they are fitted, they will last for years. And, we support retailers with great-looking in-store displays, quick turnaround on stock and delivery and clear service commitments that mean you can be confident in this brand every time.
We still offer all the Regency Carpets ranges you loved. In fact, we’ve expanded even further and now offer over 36 different carpet ranges across a range of quality and price points; encompassing everything from luxury deep-pile carpet to hard-working value ranges.
Each collection has a multi-colourway and style offering, giving customers real choice and quality, no matter what their budget.
As leading carpet manufacturers, all our carpet products come with a ‘Manufactured in the UK’ guarantee, and a 5, 7 or 10 year wear and stain warranty, depending on the range. They also use our Combi-bac, Action or Felt backing for extra comfort and a quality fit, and are 100% bleach cleanable.
Choices, choices.
With over 36 different carpets to choose from, we have something for every home and every budget.
Expert help.
We know exactly how to describe, sell and look after all our carpets – and we’ll share that with you so you can give your customers the best possible service.
Ahead of the game.
We invest in product innovation to make sure we’re always offering the best you can find.
We really love Furlong’s online portal. You can go into the system 24/7 to see what stock levels are like. That means you can be sitting with a customer who is ready to buy and give them the latest information on the spot – it makes a huge difference to our own customer service and means we can sell with confidence.
